Snickers Yogurt Bowl π«
So this recipe is more bodybuilder less boozy π I am in the middle of a fat loss phase currently so I am cutting back on the alcohol & really focusing on getting enough protein to keep all of the muscle I have worked so hard for πͺ These high protein yogurt bowls really help with that & they also satisfy this sweet tooth of mine π« π
Snickers have always been my favorite candy bar so, I created a healthier way to get my fix! There is a protein chocolate sauce that goes on top so there will be 2 separate bowls for mixing the sauce & one for the yogurt.
So hereβs whatcha need for the yogurt part:
π« 170g of plain non-fat Greek yogurt (Fage is my personal fave)
π« 9g of protein powder- I use Quest Salted Caramel & while you donβt have to use this brand/flavor, it does add the caramel aspect like you would have in a Snickers
Directions: weigh out your yogurt & protein powder in a bowl & mix well then set aside
Now hereβs whatcha need for the chocolate sauce:
π« 10g of cocoa powder- I use the Hersheyβs Special Dark but you could use regular cocoa powder
π« 8g of Salted Caramel Protein powder
π« 1 packet of Stevia, Splenda, or your favorite calorie free sweetner (optional)
Directions: Weigh out cocoa powder, protein powder & sweetner in a separate bowl. Add water slowly & stir occasionally until you reach your desired chocolate sauce consistency. Then top the yogurt with your chocolate sauce. Next you add your toppings.

π« 14g Lilyβs milk chocolate chips (optional but it adds texture π )
