What is your WHY?

Every goal needs a why. That's what will get you started & what will keep you focused on achieving that goal. I don't have a crazy physical transformation before & after picture because I was never severely overweight or underweight (this will never be an issue for me 🐷)

When I got way more focused on weight training it was strictly for aesthetics. I was trying to get in the best shape of my life for my wedding. Like a lot of women, I was scared I would get bulky from lifting heavy, which is what kept me from training that way before I met Adam. But you know what happened? I started losing fat & improving my body composition & I actually started loving the way I looked.

I'd be lying if I said aesthetics isn't still one of my top reasons for training the way I do, but my #1 reason is the confidence it gives me. There is something so empowering about testing my limits & smashing a heavy workout, not to mention the endorphins your body releases during workouts.
