Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini πŸŽƒπŸ

I’ve been on a bit of a drink experimentation hiatus. We have been going through a kitchen remodel so it has been chaotic to say the least. But now I have a beautiful new space to concoct new, delicious cocktails for you!!! This cocktail has all of the fall vibes and I’ll be serving it at our Thanksgiving celebration πŸ¦ƒ If you love all things pumpkin spice this one is for you. If you are anti pumpkin spice you can eliminate the pumpkin ingredients and it would still be quite delish. And of course, both versions are a lot lower in sugar than your average espresso martini πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

So here’s whatcha need:

πŸŽƒ 1.5 oz of Vanilla INFUSED vodka. It’s important that it’s infused because if it is just flavored it usually has a decent amount of sugar in it. I used Vanilla Infused Smirnoff.

πŸŽƒ 3 oz of LIGHT Bailey’s. Yes! There is a light version now! (even though mine is better ☺️)

πŸŽƒ 2 shots of espresso

πŸŽƒ 2-3 Tablespoons of pumpkin puree (canned)

πŸŽƒ 3 pumps of sugar free syrup. Any flavor is fine but pumpkin flavor is obviously ideal. I’ve used vanilla too.

πŸŽƒ 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice

For the rim: (this is optional)

πŸŽƒ 1 tsp of Truvia

πŸŽƒ 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice

Directions: Combine the Truvia & pumpkin spice on a small plate for the rim of your glass. Run a wet paper towel around the rim of your martini glass & run the rim through the mixture. Set your glass aside. Pour the Vanilla Infused vodka, Light Bailey’s, espresso, pumpkin puree & sugar free syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously to combine the ingredients well (about 20-30 seconds). Then add a scoop of ice to the shaker & shake again for another 20 seconds. Strain your ingredients into your martini glass & enjoy!!! πŸ₯‚
