Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini ππ
Iβve been on a bit of a drink experimentation hiatus. We have been going through a kitchen remodel so it has been chaotic to say the least. But now I have a beautiful new space to concoct new, delicious cocktails for you!!! This cocktail has all of the fall vibes and Iβll be serving it at our Thanksgiving celebration π¦ If you love all things pumpkin spice this one is for you. If you are anti pumpkin spice you can eliminate the pumpkin ingredients and it would still be quite delish. And of course, both versions are a lot lower in sugar than your average espresso martini ππΌ
So hereβs whatcha need:
π 1.5 oz of Vanilla INFUSED vodka. Itβs important that itβs infused because if it is just flavored it usually has a decent amount of sugar in it. I used Vanilla Infused Smirnoff.
π 3 oz of LIGHT Baileyβs. Yes! There is a light version now! (even though mine is better βΊοΈ)
π 2 shots of espresso
π 2-3 Tablespoons of pumpkin puree (canned)
π 3 pumps of sugar free syrup. Any flavor is fine but pumpkin flavor is obviously ideal. Iβve used vanilla too.
π 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
For the rim: (this is optional)
π 1 tsp of Truvia
π 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice
Directions: Combine the Truvia & pumpkin spice on a small plate for the rim of your glass. Run a wet paper towel around the rim of your martini glass & run the rim through the mixture. Set your glass aside. Pour the Vanilla Infused vodka, Light Baileyβs, espresso, pumpkin puree & sugar free syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously to combine the ingredients well (about 20-30 seconds). Then add a scoop of ice to the shaker & shake again for another 20 seconds. Strain your ingredients into your martini glass & enjoy!!! π₯
