Pineapple Bourbon Fizz 🍍 🥃

It’s been a minute since I posted a bourbon drink 🥃 Typically bourbon is more of a cooler weather liquor but not in this case! 😎 This cocktail is fruity & fresh & just slightly sweet! 🍍 I am not a big fan of bourbon, but this cocktail I am kinda totally in to!!!

So without further ado I present to you my Pineapple Bourbon Fizzzz 😋

So this is whatcha need:

🥃 Bourbon- 2.5oz

🥃 Pineapple (fresh)- 4-6 cubes

🥃 Lemon Juice (also fresh)- 1 oz

🥃 Mint- 4-5 leaves

🥃 Truvia (optional)- 5g or ~1 tsp

🥃 Bitters- 3 dashes

🥃 Club Soda

🥃 Ice

🥃 Muddler

🥃 Cocktail shaker & cocktail strainer

Directions:

Put pineapple, Truvia, & mint into your cocktail shaker & muddle well. Then add lemon juice, bitters & bourbon. Fill the shaker about half full with ice. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds & set aside. Fill either a rocks or a tall glass with ice & then strain contents from your shaker into your glass. Top with club soda, stir & enjoy!!! 🥂

Garnish with fresh pineapple & mint if you wish!
