This lower calorie vanilla cranberry mimosa is the perfect drink for your Christmas Eve or Christmas Day brunch and is oh so easy to make. You only need 3 ingredients and there aren’t many steps which I know will appeal to most. If you serve this at your Christmas gathering your guests will be impressed and they will probably be jolly after one or two πŸ˜‚

So here’s whatcha need:

❀️ Vanilla Infused Vodka: 1oz

πŸ’š Diet Cranberry Juice: 2oz

❀️ Prosecco

πŸ’š Cocktail Shaker

❀️ Ice

πŸ’š Champagne Glass

❀️ Fresh Cranberries for garnish (optional)

Directions: In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla infused vodka, cranberry juice and ice. Shake vigorously then strain into your champagne glass. Top off the glass with Prosecco and garnish if desired. Enjoy!!! πŸ₯‚
