This lower calorie vanilla cranberry mimosa is the perfect drink for your Christmas Eve or Christmas Day brunch and is oh so easy to make. You only need 3 ingredients and there arenβt many steps which I know will appeal to most. If you serve this at your Christmas gathering your guests will be impressed and they will probably be jolly after one or two π
So hereβs whatcha need:
β€οΈ Vanilla Infused Vodka: 1oz
π Diet Cranberry Juice: 2oz
β€οΈ Prosecco
π Cocktail Shaker
β€οΈ Ice
π Champagne Glass
β€οΈ Fresh Cranberries for garnish (optional)
Directions: In a cocktail shaker, combine the vanilla infused vodka, cranberry juice and ice. Shake vigorously then strain into your champagne glass. Top off the glass with Prosecco and garnish if desired. Enjoy!!! π₯
